AvAir is pleased to announce our newest hire, Robert Chiu, who has joined our team as the Director of Business Development – Asia. A seasoned sales professional with proven industry experience servicing national and international markets around the world, Robert brings nearly 15 years of industry know-how to the AvAir team. He will assume a broad range of duties on behalf of AvAir, including, but not limited to:
– The purchasing and selling of surplus material packages, inventories and assets
– Leading vendor relations with various airlines and MROs
– Identifying and securing new business opportunities

AvAir’s Director of Inventory Mike McCune is a long-time drag racing enthusiast after he first burst onto the racing scene in the 1970s and 80s. But the part-high-ranking aviation industry executive, part-adrenaline junkie made a triumphant return to the track in recent years, even going so far as to score that coveted first-place win; his first in 33 years.
